Sometimes I still have to pinch myself to be convinced this is real- yes, I really am training for the Boston Marathon. It is not always easy, but I am always thrilled to be doing it. The runs are getting longer; I am staying consistent and loving the process. And I get in one of the most beautiful places on earth. (The above picture was taken on one of my morning runs, as the sun was rising through the trees near the local golf course.)
Sunday was my longest run since the half-marathon in September, and they will keep getting longer from here.
Fundraising continues to go well, although I have hit a bit of a lull as expected this month. Still, soon I will be ready to register for the race, and push on to the final months of fundraising and training. Thanks to everyone who has supported me so far.
