Training Week 6: First week of the year


2019 is beginning really nicely.
I feel strong about my running.
My pace is improving.
I am not injured.
I am improving my overall strength in Orange Theory Fitness.

I am so excited to continue this marathon training. And I am so lucky to be training in one of the most beautiful locations on earth.

Summary of the week (December 31 – January 6):

Mon: Rest
Tue: OTF, incl. 3K running
Wed: 10K on treadmill
Thur: 8K on treadmill
Fri: OTF, incl. 3K running
Sat: 8K outdoor run
Sun: 18K gorgeous outdoor run, 2:01 (pace = 6:43/km)

Total: 50K

Stay tuned for another fundraising push! I have almost raised enough funds to register for the race, but still have a ways to go before I hit my goal.
